How often should my pool be professionally cleaned?
Most residential pools benefit from weekly service, especially during peak swim season. Pools with heavy use, surrounding trees, or advanced features may require 2x or 3x weekly cleaning to maintain proper water balance and equipment performance.
Are pool chemicals included in the cleaning service?
Chemicals are billed separately from cleaning services. This allows us to apply only what your pool actually needs based on water testing, helping maintain consistent water quality without overuse.
What’s included in a standard pool cleaning visit?
Each visit includes skimming, brushing, vacuuming, water testing, chemical adjustments, skimmer and pump basket cleaning, and a visual equipment inspection. You’ll also receive a service report after each visit.
Do you offer seasonal pool opening and closing services?
Yes. Vision Pool & Spa provides full pool opening and closing services, including winterization, equipment startup or shutdown, chemical adjustments, and cover handling when applicable. Soft opening and closing options are also available.
Do I need to be home during my pool service appointment?
No. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, you do not need to be present. Service updates are sent automatically after each visit.
Do you service saltwater pools and cartridge filters?
Yes. We provide salt cell cleaning, cartridge filter cleaning, and equipment inspections as part of ongoing maintenance or as standalone services when needed.
